Acceptable Location, Some Disappointments

The location is good with easy access to nearby attractions.
I was disappointed with some aspects of my stay. The room was a bit basic, missing the extra touches I expect from similar hotels (I feel this is important). Noise from outside, especially cars, was noticeable at all hours and disrupted sleep. The function next to the pool also created disruptive noise.

This hotel provided an excellent experience. the staff were very attentive and always ready to assist. the location was perfect. It offered easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. i particularly valued the cleanliness and the overall comfort.
The gym equipment was a bit outdated. Some machines needed maintenance.

My room offered lovely sea views from the balcony. it included comfortable beds and ample space for luggage. daily housekeeping maintained excellent cleanliness. Raj did a terrific job. i appreciated the fresh towels and toiletries provided each day.

Breakfast in the executive lounge on the top floor was AMAZING!!! methul and chef aashish provided excellent service and delicious food. the variety was extensive. I really enjoyed the fresh fruit and pastries. the views were also superb.

The front desk team was especially helpful. Nisrine offered early check-in. ramesh assisted with luggage promptly. bilawal provided kind assistance during departure. i greatly appreciated their professionalism and efficiency. They all.

The hotel features its own padel court, a great additional benefit. i used the pool area. It was well-kept with comfortable loungers. the location near the beach, marina, shops, and tram was very convenient. Everything was easily accessible.

mr umer at reception provided a superb upgrade upon my arrival it was a club sea view room balcony i found this very kind. i had a birthday cake waiting in my room a lovely touch.
the gym equipment showed slight signs of wear.

Fine Stay Near the Beach

My "superior sea view room balcony" was spacious. I HAD a clear view of the surroundings from the balcony. The room included a comfortable king-size bed and a modern bathroom (it was super clean!). Raj, the housekeeper, ensured the room was immaculate daily.
The pool area was shaded for a good portion of the day, limiting sun exposure.

The staff were attentive and quick to address any requests. Check-in was smooth and efficient. The concierge was always available to assist with directions and recommendations, something I appreciated greatly.

I appreciated the breakfast options. there was a wide selection of pastries and hot items available. the hotel location was also convenient. it was close to restaurants and within walking distance of the beach. The hotel provides beach bags.
the pool area felt overcrowded. finding a sunbed was often difficult, especially during peak hours. the gym equipment seemed a bit outdated. some machines needed maintenance, disappointing.
